Opportunity for All of Elk River Residents and Service Entities to get much needed training for Laptop use, cybersecurity, internet use then get to keep the laptops and accessories after completing trainings – deadline to register is Nov. 26th —

3rd Annual Trunk or Treat!!! All Ages –
Main Street will be closed to traffic from 3:30 pm until apx 5pm from the alley to first street!
Treaters vote for Trunks = and Trunks vote for treaters!!!
Age groups for treaters – 8 and under, 9 to 17 and 18 and older
Categories for all: Cutest, Funniest, Scariest, Most Original
